Product Application:  Primarily used as a dehydrating agent and condensation agent in organic synthesis, commonly for protecting hydroxyl groups (e.g., forming acetals with diols) and protecting ketone carbonyl groups; also used as a solvent for organic reaction systems with relatively low polarity; and applied in pharmaceutical intermediate synthesis (e.g., antibiotics, vitamins), fragrance synthesis, and as an additive in coatings and adhesives industries.

Storage Conditions:  Store in a cool, well-ventilated, dry place, away from fire, heat sources, and strong oxidizing agents. Keep sealed to prevent volatilization (boiling point 82-83°C, volatile). Avoid contact with acidic substances (to prevent decomposition).
